Lucid Technology provides free estimates for computers dropped off or to customers over the phone based on information provided. Free estimates are exactly that: estimates based on information provided by the customer without using tools or opening the case.

Accurate diagnosis requires process of elimination and diagnostic tools and/or software. Any diagnosis that requires tools or more than 15 minutes will be assessed at an hourly rate.

We can run diagnostics for a $35 flat fee. We will waive that fee if you get the machine fixed with us.
