On-site travel time is counted from time of departure.
We provide on-site assistance for a standard hourly rate for service, support, training, diagnosis, installation, networking, and anything else that we do while on-site with a customer. The customer is billed from the time of departure, and we charge for a minimum of 1 hour.
Rates are negotiable if the expected number of hours is above five. Service contracts are available. |
